FUOOTECH ZY seriessingle-stage vacuum oil purifiers are tailor-made for insulating oil purification of power equipment below 110kV, with remarkable technical and practical strengths. Adopting duplex stereo 3D film evaporation technology, the machine achieves rapid dehydration and degassing to lower oil moisture under 8ppm and gas content below 0.1%, greatly lifting oil breakdown voltage up to 60–70kV.

It equips a multi-stage precision filtration system with stainless steel filters down to 1 micron, fully removing sludge, carbon particles and impurities to reach NAS 1638 Grade 6 cleanliness. The high-density indirect electric heating system delivers uniform heat with low power consumption, protected by an interlocked safety mechanism linking pumps, heaters and liquid sensors to auto-cut power during empty heating, leakage or phase faults. Dual liquid level and pressure protection systems guarantee stable unattended operation for up to 150 continuous hours.

Boasting a compact, lightweight mobile frame with casters, the unit supports vacuum filling and insulation drying for transformers. It extends transformer oil service life over 21 years, cutting oil replacement and maintenance costs drastically.
