FUOOTECH LWL-5 Online Particle Counter
LWL-5 Online Particle Counter adopts the light blocking (Light Extinction) counting principle according to International Hydraulic Standards Committee, and is a necessary device specially used for on-site online measurement of oil contamination level.
It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, good repeatability, etc., and can work under high temperature, high pressure and other harsh conditions.
It is suitable for measuring the contamination level (cleanliness) of turbine oil, engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil, insulating oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil and other oils, and can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation ports, steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing, oil filtration equipment and other fields.
Detection Principle
The particle counter uses the light extinction principle specified in ISO 11171 I/ SO4402 to detect oil contamination. The light extinction method (Light Extinction) can also be called the extinction method or the light blocking method. The minimum detection particle size can be 1μm or 4μm (C). The light extinction method has the advantages of fast detection speed, strong anti-interference, high accuracy, and good repeatability.

Precautions | Install the particle counter on the system or position it in a safe and stable area, as close to the detection point of the system as possible. Connect the detection point of the system to the liquid inlet of the particle counter through the liquid inlet pipe, and connect the liquid outlet pipe of the particle counter to the recovery container (Note: the liquid outlet pipe cannot be connected to the pressure system interface). |

Optional Parts
Pressure reducing valve
If the input pressure to the device exceeds 50 bar, a pressure reducing valve is required to reduce the pressure to the range of 1~50 bar.
Thermal Printer
If you want to print the test data immediately after each test, an additional thermal printer is required.
Gear Pump
If there is difficulty in absorbing the oil during detection, you can choose to add a gear pump.
4G remote communication module
If you want to receive test data quickly on your mobile phone or web page, you can choose the 4G remote communication module, which can realize functions such as remote reception of test data and viewing of historical data
