FUOOTECH ZYD-U Series Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier

FUOOTECH Series ZYD-U Ultra High Voltage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier developed by FUOOTECH Group in 2006 is specially designed for the filtration, dehydration and degasification of the insulating oils including transformer oils, polybutene and silicone fluids in the ultra high voltage electrical equipment.

Ultra High Voltage (UHV) Grid is named as “Electrical High Way” which features big capacity, long distance and low loss. There are 500KV AC, 750KV AC, 1000KV AC, ±660KV DC, ±880KV DC, etc… Considering ensuring its ultra high safety, it has extremely requirements on insulating oils using in the transformer, mutual inductor, and reactor.

Series ZYD-U extra high voltage (EHV) transformer oil purification machine is very powerful in abilities of vacuum degassing, dehydration and filtration for insulating oil or transformer oil. It applies to on-site transformer maintenance and deep purification of new transformer oil, imported transformer oil oil, mutual inductor oil and ultra high voltage transformer oil. It can also be used for transformer oil vacuum filling and vacuum drying operation.

Features

1). Available in different capacities: 6,000 - 30,000 LPH.

2). Specially designed for ultra-high transformer oil treatment, and is suitable for the purification of insulating oil in the production, installation and maintenance of ultra-high voltage transformers above 500KV.

3). With strong double-stage high-speed vacuum system, and advanced dehydration and degassing system, adopts large-area three-dimensional flash technology, which can efficiently and quickly remove moisture, gas, polar substances and other degraded substances in the oil, so as to improve the flash point and dielectric strength of transformer oil.

4). Adopts multi-stage, high-β value and high-pollution-holding composite gradual-density filtration system, with a composite microporous structure filter material, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, good mechanical strength, long service life, and can deeply filter out fine particles in oil. Multi-stage filtration, fine filter rated up to 1 microns prevents any tiny particles from entering back into the transformer. 5). The unique auto-defoam device is used to effectively prevent the vacuum pump from leaking oil and greatly improve the degassing efficiency.

6). The equipment has an advanced heating system, which has the characteristics of excellent corrosion resistance, stability, anti-adhesion, insulation, fast heating and uniform heating. Equipped with safety oil temperature protection and temperature automatic control system. 7). Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

8). The equipment has automatic pressure alarm shutdown system, automatic overload protection system, automatic constant temperature system, automatic defoaming system, automatic anti-spray protection system and excellent and high-quality configuration, which guarantees the fully automatic and safe operation of the equipment.

9). Humanized design, low noise, easy operation, long maintenance intervals, low energy consumption and low operating costs.
